NICE NATURE WALKS is not liable for any misunderstandings, distortions, delays or incorrect transmission of data and messages as a result of the use of the internet or any other communication resource in the traffic between the participant and NICE NATURE WALKS.

Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party.

Payment & Cancellation

The payment in Euro is possible on the spot by credit card, French cheque or cash. Upon reception of the confirmation email please check carefully that you have booked the correct tour.

If this is not the case please inform NICE NATURE WALKS in writing as soon as possible. If you cancel a visit up to 18hours before the scheduled tour we do not charge any cancellation fee; between 18 and 0 hours there will be a 50% charge.

In case of heavy rain the walking tour will be cancelled (as the landscapes are frequently too slippery).

Acceptance of Risk

By booking a tour you accept these Terms and Conditions of Booking and you hereby confirm: “I assume and accept any and all risk related to my participation, the participation of any of my dependent children and of any others stated in my booking in NICE NATURE WALKS activities. I release Anke Feisel from any liabilities connected to these risks (damage incurred during the journey to and from the tour or while attending the tour, inclement weather, traffic conditions, unforeseen circumstances, participant tardiness) to the maximum extent permitted by law.”

Behaviour

NICE NATURE WALKS subscribes to the principles of civility, consequently no insult, violence or discriminatory language will be tolerated against the guide and the other participants. The guide and the participants must at any moment comply with rules and laws of the French republic.
